1. Who is responsible for your data
Social Spartan is a digital marketing service brand of M. S. SERVICES, GSTIN 09AAWFM6374R3ZU, with its registered office at 237, Daya Complex, Bye Pass Road, New Agra, Agra (U.P.) 282005, India. For personal data collected through this website, M. S. SERVICES acts as the data fiduciary or business responsible for deciding why and how that data is processed.
2. Data we may collect
- Enquiry data: name, work email or phone number, company, requested service, budget range and business goal.
- Newsletter data: email address, consent record, consent version and signup time.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device/browser information, approximate location, referral source, campaign parameters and interactions, subject to your cookie choice.
- Guided-assistant data: questions typed into the on-page service guide stay in your current browser session and are not submitted to us. If you continue to the project form, only the information you deliberately submit through that form is received.
- Client data: proposal, contract, billing, campaign, creative and communication information when you become a client.
Please do not send Aadhaar numbers, financial credentials, health information, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information through the website forms.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and provide requested services.
- To secure, operate, diagnose and improve the website.
- To measure website and campaign performance when you permit analytics or marketing storage.
- To send newsletters and promotional email offers only when you separately opt in.
- To maintain business, tax, security, consent and legal records where required.
Submitting a project enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Newsletter consent is separate and optional.
4. Consent and choice
Where we rely on consent, the request is intended to be free, specific, informed and based on a clear affirmative action. Non-essential cookies start in a denied state. You may accept, reject or customize them and later reopen “Manage cookies” from the footer.
You may withdraw newsletter consent through an unsubscribe option in our emails or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.
5. Services and recipients
Depending on your choices and interaction, data may be processed by our website hosting provider, Google Workspace/Sheets, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Meta, LinkedIn, email and communications providers, professional advisers and contractors working under appropriate instructions. These providers may process data outside India under their own infrastructure and contractual safeguards.
We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a genuine business reorganisation subject to appropriate protections.
6. How information moves and where it is stored
A website or newsletter form may send the submitted fields, source page, consent record and campaign parameters through our secure lead receiver to an access-controlled Google Sheet and/or business email. Client records may also be stored in approved cloud storage, CRM, invoicing and project-management systems. Analytics and advertising providers store their own event data only according to the permissions and settings applied to those services.
Access is limited to M. S. SERVICES personnel, authorised contractors and service providers who need the information for the stated purpose. We use client-controlled advertising, analytics and business accounts where practical. We do not ask visitors to place confidential documents, passwords or payment credentials into the enquiry form or guided assistant.
7. Retention
Unconverted enquiry information is generally kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Newsletter information is kept until you unsubscribe or the list is cleaned for inactivity. Client, invoice, consent, security and legal records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary or legally required. We securely delete or anonymise data when it is no longer needed.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards such as restricted access, secure hosting, account controls, backups and vendor review. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. If a qualifying breach occurs, we will follow applicable notification and response requirements.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request information about processing, access to your data, correction, completion, updating, erasure, consent withdrawal and grievance redressal. You may also nominate another individual where the law provides. We may verify identity and retain information needed for legal claims, fraud prevention or statutory duties.
10. Children
This business website is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly seek their personal data or target behavioural advertising to them. A parent or guardian should contact us if a child has submitted information.
11. Indian legal framework
Our privacy programme is designed to align, as applicable and as provisions come into force, with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, together with applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its rules. Promotional telecom communications are also subject to applicable TRAI requirements.
12. Changes
We may update this policy when services, vendors or laws change. Material changes will be identified by an updated effective date and, where appropriate, a renewed consent request.
